Washington lacrosse standings through April 16

After another week of play, the Washington high school lacrosse standings have been updated.

The Mercer Island boys are tied in first place in the Southwest Conference with King’s Way and Lake Tapps. All three have 6-1 league records. Mercer Island has the best overall record with 8-4, while King’s Way, which the Islanders beat last Saturday, are 6-3. Lake Tapps is 6-1 overall.

The boys scoring leaders have also been updated, through April 17. Mercer Island senior Connor Bernal is No. 5 with 24 goals scored and 5 assists. He averages 4.14 points in the seven games played. Cole Johnson of Bellevue is No. 1 with 27 goals scored and 18 assists.

 

On the girls side, Mercer Island holds the top spot in the Alki Conference with a 4-2-1 overall and league record. Ballard and Kennedy are tied for second with 4-4 records.

Mercer Island senior Elena Skouras is No. 8 on the scoring list with 32 goals and seven assists. She averages 5.57 points in seven games.
